A Flute of Champagne

 A Flute of Champagne (2008) was written specifically for Tim Lane to whom it is dedicated. Dr. Lane is Professsor of Flute at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

The almost 5 minute work was inspired by watching the champagne flute filled with bubbles, some viollent, some graceful, some uplifting and some just there, decorating the inside of the glass. One can almost feel the
